STAN TUCKER
Stan always had a desire to be a businessman. 23 years ago, he started cutting lawns in his neighborhood for a few older neighbors and working folks who didn't have the time. Then he grew curious about perfecting how to take care of lawns professionally. He learned as much as could and began attracting more lawn customers.
Soon, Stan's work and reputation grew to enable him and his family to dedicate their full-time commitment to the business. Stan proved to be a natural entrepreneur, and with his wife and business partner, Jocelyn and her administrative and organizational skills, in 1999, Job One Lawn was launched. Stan loves challenges, great or small. He combines natural curiosity and his desire to learn new things with his tenacity and determination to fuel his motivation daily. His greatest fulfillment from growing this company is experiencing how many people's lives have been touched or impacted in some way and how many jobs he's provided over the years including his son now forging ahead in the family business as well.
Stan is most proud of building and sustaining a successful landscape and hardscape business lasting 20+ years and still growing. He also takes great pride in keeping his focus and priority on being a good father, husband, and through his support of local non-profit initiatives, being recognized as a positive business and community role model. Stan inspires all who work or team with him to bring their "A" game and be their best.
He's well known for being a catalyst for positive change and forward progress and always a humanitarian. Stan lives by his credo: "Patience, it will grow".
